Toledo: Cathedral, sights and monuments El Toboso and Almagro, two traditional towns of La Mancha that are included in the famous novel “Don Quixote of La Mancha”. We visited there Dulcinea's house and the Main Square of Almagro Raluca Cristina Popa and Cristina Rubio Nogales, students of 1st grade os Business & Administration Vocational Training, have given a presentation about collaborative economy to the Erasmus+ group. Their work has been managed by Vicente Molina, their Teacher of Business, & Maria Gutierrez, their teacher of English language. At our high school we also can find these basic economic concepts: those who look for HELP about specific topics and those who can HELP . Whenever a classmate helps another one, that means an expenditure of time which will be recorded in a double-entry table indicating the name of the one who helps and the name of the one who receives that help. Our currency is time. We only consider those helping actions that mean an important expense of time, both inside and outside the class. Among the benefits of this activity are that all our students feel INCLUDED in class ( above all those who have more problems in social interaction), helping others is motivating and that also promotes the TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS. Have a look at the full presentation below We are willing to invite the whole community to a Seminar in which our Erasmus+ Intern from Finland, Jenni will explain the problem of early school leaving in Europe. She will give her recommendations in the end in order to avoid it Ana Feli Torres Miján, Teacher of ICT &Technology, has created a QR codes Gymkhana about European Scientists and inventors. One of the activities planned for the mobility in Spain is this innovative contest in which the students will cooperate in mixed groups from different countries. They will follow each clue hidden in QR codes in order to win the Gymkhana while they are learning facts about European inventions and discoveries though their smartphones. |
